SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times:
Non-holiday orders:
All orders will be processed within 3-4 business days of your order being approved. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.

Holiday orders:
Please allow 4-6 business days + shipping to fill your order during these busy times. Service times may be further extended during the Christmas Holiday season. Notification will be displayed on the website if processing time is different from the above noted times.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times depend on carrier selected at checkout. We currently offer two carriers :
USPS - delivery estimates are currently 2-3 business days)
UPS - delivery estimates are currently 1-3 business days

Orders ship free via USPS when the order total is greater than $50. UPS orders will ship free when the order total is greater than $70.

If an order requires communication or confirmation from a customer, order-processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or phone).
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the type of products we sell, we cannot accept returns. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Orders are processed in 3-4 business days of order placement. If you would like to cancel your order prior to receiving notification of your order shipping, please contact us via email: mahogessentials@gmail.com.
If your order has shipped prior to receiving your request for order cancellation, we will be unable to cancel the order and provide a refund.
